Very friendly , great hours and great location
I ordered glasses over two weeks ago. I finally got them to check on the order after two phone calls. They got back to me and said the glasses came in last week but the lenses didn’t meet their specifications so they sent them back to be redone. Has anyone ever heard of this? Now I wait again. Why didn’t they call to tell me this? Maybe the order never got placed?
Very friendly, state of the art equipment, and efficient
They were very patient with my son while he learned how to put contacts in. They made sure he was capable of doing on own before letting him get them. We were there over two hours, getting near close on a Friday and did not feel rushed.
Technicians and staff were very courteous and helpful. Dr Carson took the time to answer my many questions
The doctors are excellent. You are not rushed and all staff are friendly and attentive.
