Absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the customer service representative at the front desk. Once again, she was rude & nasty for no apparent reason as she has been to me several times before. After almost 6 years of being a loyal customer/patient, I feel that I need to take my business elsewhere. Saddened & disappointed :(
