Dr Olt and her staff are one of the best
While there were no problems with the surgery itself, Dr. Olt's bedside manner could use some work. Dr. Olt entered the exam room with her face buried in her cell phone, and did not even acknowledge us until she finished what she was doing on it. She then abruptly offered a serious and terminal diagnosis with no compassion and, more importantly, no pathology report on hand to back it up. She snickered rudely at my family members' questions, and made no attempt whatsoever to be helpful.
