We LOVE the doctors,NPs, and MAs here. They are all very accommodating and do not rush you through your appointment. If you're there for one reason, they have no issues with addressing others that you think of. They typically try to take a holistic approach to treating issues rather than push medications right away. I recommend them to everyone I know that's looking!
I've been taking my daughter to Sapphire for about a year and all the staff members are so sociable and friendly. They make you feel comfortable. MOLLY is the Best! !
I've been bringing my daughter her since she was a newborn and I couldn't ask for anything more. All of the doctors know her and know her special respritory needs. Kelly her medical assistant is fantastic !!
The front desk staff is rude and nasty. The lady with the bad wig that sits in the front needs to do a better job making appointments. She told us the wrong time and when we showed up to our appointment she said we were late. This place has poor customer service. Oh well their lost. I will never go there again.
We have only been going here 2 short months but I can't imagine a better pediatrics office. Highly, highly recommended!
