The doctors are really nice and good at their jobs but what makes going to Sapphire Pediatrics so insufferable and so unbearable is their Nursing staff and front desk. They are consistently rude, offputting and make you feel unwelcome. They are often times more worried about gossiping in front of clients and children and eating their lunches than they are helping a parent with a crying child. I really wanted to like this office. I started taking my daughter here as a newborn, she is now 3 months old and I’m looking for a new pediatrician. I tried to call to schedule my daughter an appointment for tomorrow and the refused to let me. The triage nurse treats me like I’m stupid and they refuse to have the dr call me. I’m done trusting my daughters care to this practice.
I was bringing my kids here starting from newborn, the staff members are sociable and good but they were keep telling us that one of my child has missed one of the vaccines and we were telling them that all of the vaccines are taken, finally we went with the paper that they gave us and one of them said ohh all is up to date , but if we say ok they were going to give over dose shot, so please be careful people! They are more concerned about money than health.
Our son has been coming to Sapphire since he was just days old. We've never had any problems. The doctors, physicians assistants and nurses are always great. They always have little treats for the kids. Today they gave him a nice lollipop, a scholastic book and a toy token which was definitely helpful after some shots. They also have convenient complimentary valet parking.
We have and always will love Sapphire peds and all the staff and wonderful doctors!!Molly was my doctor many years ago, and has been my daughters (now 5) since she was a newborn, and the care and service they provide is phenominal!!We will forever hold them close to our hearts and be ever so grateful!!��
Not a fan!!!! Rude staff when my boy was a newborn and couldn't gain weight.
Have loved the staff and the care and love we've recieved from all since we first checked in almost 6 years ago.. i love that most of the staff has been here since then
