The doctors are really nice and good at their jobs but what makes going to Sapphire Pediatrics so insufferable and so unbearable is their Nursing staff and front desk. They are consistently rude, offputting and make you feel unwelcome. They are often times more worried about gossiping in front of clients and children and eating their lunches than they are helping a parent with a crying child. I really wanted to like this office. I started taking my daughter here as a newborn, she is now 3 months old and I’m looking for a new pediatrician. I tried to call to schedule my daughter an appointment for tomorrow and the refused to let me. The triage nurse treats me like I’m stupid and they refuse to have the dr call me. I’m done trusting my daughters care to this practice.
I was bringing my kids here starting from newborn, the staff members are sociable and good but they were keep telling us that one of my child has missed one of the vaccines and we were telling them that all of the vaccines are taken, finally we went with the paper that they gave us and one of them said ohh all is up to date , but if we say ok they were going to give over dose shot, so please be careful people! They are more concerned about money than health.
My oldest loves Dr. Lieber. He has been her doctor since about a week after she was born and was spot on in diagnosing her childhood epilepsy. We are also look forward to continuing with Dr. Lieber with our newest addition.
Recently moved back to Denver and went to see Doctor Andy for my little one's 15 month and 3 year appointments. We had them at the same time. Staff was friendly and very helpful with my rambunctious toddlers. Andy and I discussed everything for their care from our recent move to potty-training to parenting choices and techniques. I feel like we are very much on the same page in terms of care and health concerns for my children. My son loved picking out a prize and the ice pop after we were done with vaccinations.
My kids have been patients of Rose Pediatrics for 10 years. The office staff, doctors and professional staff have always been amazing! They are caring, professional and always work their hardest. Dr. Lieber is an incredible pediatrician who truly lives and breathes his work and gives his entire heart to each patient. My kids actually love to go see Dr. Andy as well as Dr. Mason (Highlands Ranch location). Thanks to all you do for us patients and the community Rose Pediatrics!
Dr. Lieber is an excellent pediatrician. I would highly recommend him and the staff at Rose Pediatrics. From the care in the hospital (our children all had jaundice), to developmental checkups, a wonderful bedside manner and great care for your child you cannot go wrong with Dr. Lieber. We have 3 children 4 yr. old, 3 yr old and 1 1/2 yr old. We moved out of the country to Central America 6 months after our 3 year old was born. Our son has been coming to Sapphire since he was just days old. We've never had any problems. The doctors, physicians assistants and nurses are always great. They always have little treats for the kids. Today they gave him a nice lollipop, a scholastic book and a toy token which was definitely helpful after some shots. They also have convenient complimentary valet parking.
We have and always will love Sapphire peds and all the staff and wonderful doctors!!Molly was my doctor many years ago, and has been my daughters (now 5) since she was a newborn, and the care and service they provide is phenominal!!We will forever hold them close to our hearts and be ever so grateful!!��
