The service I received was very fast and friendly. The problem was fixed correctly, was very satisfied with great Sapaugh service.
The service writers are great but an average of 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. How about getting another lube tech or making a quick lane for people waiting, Larry.
Just wanted to give Mike Indelicato and the entire Sapaugh team a huge thank you, I highly recommend if your in the area and looking for a new or used vehicle it's worth your time to make the trip(3 hrs for us), thanks again for a wonderful car buying experience!

We recently purchased a 2016 Yukon Denali at Sapaugh. We previously had a Cadillac Escalade ( also purchased from Sapaugh) and we were looking for some pretty specific options in a Yukon. Just bought the car of my dreams a 2010 Chevy Corvette and couldn't be happier. At first I was leary about purchasing a car online and kept waiting for something to go wrong being we are 240 miles away in Memphis. Drive a 2014 Chevy Sonic with 65000 miles on it we use it for business we are way over standard warranty miles my check engine light was on went into sapaugh their service staff were wonderful figured out I had a extended warranty thank goodness I bought the extended warranty and even though I forgot that I did everything was covered then I show up this morning and tell them I have a low tire they patch it for me and I had a extended warranty on that also which they reminded me of they brought me all the way back home to Des... read more
