Talked to Ben McFarland, sales manager, and he went well out of his way to get us in a car for our daughter who's leaving for college in August. She had a ten year old car and got her into a '17 Spark. I don't know of any other dealer who would go out of their way to help us like Ben did and then Bryan Ogle delivered the car to my daughter and took care of any issues that may needed to be addressed. I'm a Sapaugh for life buyer now
I brought my 2010 corolla in that i bought very recently. my service consultant Art Speth went out of his way to get the car in asap. He even got me to work in time by using his shuttle service. they even did something i didnt expect this morning by sending the shuttle to my house this morning to take me to get my vehicle and be at work on time. They even did detailed research on the issues i had and explained it all to me. I wasnt charged a dime for the service i received and Art even threw in a free air filter. thank you a... read more
Went in to buy a center cap for my escalade. They would not sell me one without giving vin number. Pretty ridiculous considering I walked right outside, got on my phone and ordered one. What help are they???? I would never go back here. They wasted my time!
These guys are great!!! They have awesome customer service! I'd personally like to thank Steve Ermer and Chris Bittick for your guys hard work getting me into my new truck. These guys worked hard to get me in the truck I wanted. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.
