Had a great salesman and purchase was great as well. Would rate those a 4! It's the costumer service after the sale that is nonexistent. Bought a Silverado in February last year and the transmission went out in November of last year. After dealing with the 1 star service department we had a new transmission put in. Now this November it has went out again. 7 days later and they still have the truck, refuse a dealer car for us to drive due to the warranty only covering the transmission. I purchased a vehicle from Sapaugh GM Country I was amazed they were so kind offering me a soda, water, popcorn the respect, their time to get me in a good running car as a single mom it ment so much that they worked hard to get me approved with the trade in on my vehicle that had no air, no heat, oil leaks etc so many repairs I couldn't have done this without their help they go above and beyond to get you in a good reliable car . Had to write a review. After almost buying a car and then it having a recall and not knowing when it would be fixed, we finally went with something else. Steve Ermir gave us a car to drive in the meantime and found us something else we really love. AND we were treated very kindly by the financial person(forgot his name so sorry!). The experience shows they truly care about their customers even if we weren't big spenders. Thank you! Would recommend!

The Sunroof of my 2010 Buick LaCrosse was blown out so I called Sapaugh GM Country. They got the parts in and had me scheduled for repair quick. Customers are treated fantastically while waiting for your service to be performed! Their courtesy shuttle dropped me off for breakfast in Festus, then shuttled me back when I called them. Their is free popcorn, soda, fruits, etc., in their waiting area/lobby.
