We bought a brand new 2019 XT4 Cadillac and we are extremely disappointed! Our Cadillac has been in the shop for two months for major engine repairs! How could this happen to a 1 year old vehicle! Delaware Cadillac service and management has been unresponsive without any follow up calls after numerous attempts to get updates! They Don’t care about the consumer! We will never buy a Cadillac again!! And anyone that is thinking about buying one should chose something other then CADILLAC! From a dissatisfied customer!
