Their manager Dave Walker is the most understanding and caring manager that I have met. We found our van online, called SaPaugh and they were able to make a deal over the phone with us. We drove up today and our salesman had everything ready for us! My family has bought several vehicles from Sapaugh. After hearing they terminated our salesman of 16 years, after he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, we will never buy from them again. People patronize community minded businesses. Obviously Sapaugh feels no sense of community. If they did they should be holding a fundraiser for him, not a pink slip.
If you are having trouble with your vehicle & can't find anyone to help you out , call Dave Walker at Sapaugh. My husband and I have had major problems with our vehicle lately. Dave cared more about helping us get back on the road than the almighty buck ! That means alot .We have had some real tragedies lately & for him to treat us like VIP's was so amazing.
