Philadelphia style cuisine. I'm talkin' old school 1950's cheesesteaks. Don't expect to find us using cheese whiz. We use fresh Ribeye steak sliced in house along with a white Swiss blend American cheese, and your choice of sauteed veggies (mushrooms, onions, peppers). All topped off with our homemade gravy (marinara sauce). I grew up outside Philly and so, you could say I was weaned on Cheese steaks and Hoagies. Makes me a very discerning customer when it comes to all things Philly. These folks are from Philly too and they make THE BEST CHEESESTEAKS & HOAGIES west of the Rockies that I've found. Been a fan since they were in santa paula years ago and then when they moved to bakersfield and than back to SP great sandwiches and great staff
WOW !!! What good food, my HOAGIE was scrumptious I will definitely be coming back .... If any of you are headed to Ventura stop off in Santa Paula and try it out
