Philadelphia style cuisine. I'm talkin' old school 1950's cheesesteaks. Don't expect to find us using cheese whiz. We use fresh Ribeye steak sliced in house along with a white Swiss blend American cheese, and your choice of sauteed veggies (mushrooms, onions, peppers).
