I have been to other Ford dealers to test drive the Ford Edge. I looked up RSM on the Internet and found what I thought I wanted. I was in contact with Susan from the dealer throughout the day. Look no further! Call or stop in and ask for Robbie. Hands down the best guy I have ever dealt with. I was in for the test drive, and out with the car in under 2 hours. I am not even kidding. He made what I thought was an impossible deal and now I have upgraded my Fusion Energi to a Fusion Energi Titanium. Sweat! I couldn't be happier.

Hands down best ford dealership. From the time I bought my explore to each time I come in for service, entire staff amazing. I will never go anywhere else.
So I take my car to Santa Margarita Ford, to have it serviced and have my tire repaired or replaced. NOT happy with them! First of all they tried to charge me 10 dollars more for my oil change than the online price. Second, they wanted to charge me $75 more for the same tire I could get it at Discount / Americas Tire Store. Third, they left a panel that they taken off, undone and hanging. Fourth, I needed two new tires, but they didn't tell me that. The shuttle service and drivers are great! Bad business!
