It was time to obtain new tires for my Ford Fusion. I contacted my "favorite" tire store who offered a good price, but the dealerships price was significantly less for the same set. Two days before going in, I also had a strange touch panel issue. I had them "check it out". I received a prompt ride home, and later in the day was picked up to get my car. It was such a smooth experience ( as it is always ) and everything is just fine now.
Santa Margarita Ford did a outstanding job on my car. I had a faulty part after replacing rear brake pads. The part was a call back but my car did not have the correct VIN number. Service Department called Ford direct and they were able to get them to cover the costs.Whew. Great work Service department. M. Halliburton

Santa Margarita Ford makes everything so easy when it comes to the service center. I recently went to Santa Margarita Ford for a routine oil change and my 30,000 mile service. Miguel Aparicio is simply the best and made sure everything went perfectly with my service. He kept me updated on when my car would be ready and even left my car with the sales floor so I could pick up my car after the service center was closed. Always get great service here. Last visit was last week to have battery and battery cable assembly replaced under warranty. Rogelio took care of me with no issues. Made sure I had a vehicle to drive while the repair was being done and had it done as promised. Very friendly, timely and professional. I have had multiple vehicles serviced or repaired at RSMF and to date have never had a bad experience. Thank you all!!
We have been customers for many years and the service department has been the best for us, and Duane Litz is like family in looking after our two cars.
Had the throttle mod go out. In dropped it off, no app. They had the car back to me the same day & even washed. Happy with the wsy the warranty work was done.
