Customer service at it's absolute BEST!! Returning my 2014 Edge (which I loved) after a 3 year lease was handled very professionally, making the transition to my next vehicle completely seamless. They did everything possible to make lease termination a positive experience, even though I was not leasing another vehicle at this time. Impressive!!
Just in for an oil change. The waiting area had wifi and a big screen tv. Complimentary coffee was pretty good to. Service is always done as quickly as it can be and staff is great.

I brought my vehicle in for warranty service recently and his communication was top notch in that he provided me daily updates to what had taken place that day and eta's for completion. Recently took my Escape in for service. I have been using this dealership since 1999, and have purchased 5 vehicles from them now, 1 Mustang and 4 Escapes. Have also used them for service for that entire time. Duane in service always takes very good care of me and our vehicles. We all hear the terrible stories about dealerships and service, but they have always been reasonable and have done great service.
Been taking my car here since I bought it in 2007. Service is good and I get treated by caring people. The car has been dependable but I will be ready for change in a year. About the only thing I never liked about the car is the gasket around the windshield was never solid and I get wind or road noise in the car. I know it would be more quiet if this was done better.
