My car was pulling it to the right, and a tire shop identified a part that needed to be replaced. The dealership did replace that part, but the original symptom is still present. **UPDATE** The tire shop from where I bought my tires confirmed that the pull in my steering is due to the tires they sold me, not the suspension. Service at Santa Margarita Ford was A+, I just misunderstood the situation.
I have just purchased my fourth car from Santa Margarita Ford and have always found them to be honest, efficient, and very competitive. I have worked with Drazen on the purchase of my past two vehicles and have been very satisfied with his level of service and commitment to getting the best deal possible. I have no experience with the sales dept at RSM Ford, but have had maintenance done by the service department. Top notch work by the mechs, and competent front desk personnel, gives me the confidence to bring my vehicle back. The rates were fair too. Thanks Ford!
