I would give zero.We reserved a table for a group of 25 at 845. When I checked in the hostess said they just seated a walk in group of 27 at our table. We would have to wait 45 to 90 minutes. We left took a group of 15 with us. Very poor customer service. The hostess was not very friendly. Our Mom's Restaurant happily accommodated all of us. I recommend going there. Will not attempt to give this business my money again.
We have only visited twice but we are moving to the area this month and plan to return often. This will probably be our go to restaurant!! Great food and service!!

Great food and great service. My family always orders our food to go and only once has order been not 100% and the manager made sure everything was fixed and that we were satisfied. Will definitely continue to order from Santa Fe in Hammond.
Last 2 visits the sirloin was not great quality and also not cooked to my liking sent back twice wanted med well was rare . Very disappointed won't be back must have new cook . Thumbs down

I was there on a Saturday night 8pm, and it seemed busy. The server was nice, but it took a long time to get our food. Once the food came, my wife's food was salty so we had to share my food. I paid the bill and left the adequate tip 15%. The following morning when I was paying bills online, I noticed that the charges did not match my receipt. Had a table of 5. Never got any rolls. Lost 2 orders on our ticket. They didn't get their food until 30 minutes after the rest of us
