The doctors and staff at Santa Fe Animal Hospital are the absolute best. I have no doubt in my mind that my beloved pets are treated with the utmost care and respect while visiting this hospital. The front office staff and the vet technicians are friendly and professional. We love everyone there and would recommend this vet to anyone in the greater Lakeland area. I thought we found a good vet finale, we just found out my cat has fiv and a bad tooth infection witch was causing her to stop eating so she was given antibiotics and it helped with the infection but we had to get some weight on her before it could be removed. Well she started going down hill so we called to get her in to get that tooth out and we were told the Dr. Didn't have anything available for the next 3weeks + and then we were told "you can take her to tlc petsnip" Thanks for your help Santa Fe. Dr. Presnell and staff are so dedicated in pet care. Very thorough in exams. Friendly staff. Have known Dr. Presnell for 23 years! Highly recommend SantaFe Animal Hospital for check-ups, shots, emergency services.
They have taken care of our Scrappy for the past 16 years, until we recently lost him. They have been the best, through his lifetime and through our loss of him. I HIGHLY recommend Santa Fe Animal Hospital to anyone. They are the BEST !!!!
we had to take our Doxie in for a dental. He lost most of his teeth. But the staff was amazing. They cuddled and loved on him, answered every phone call, and gave updates throughout the procedure. Dr.Marc is amazing and caring veterinarian. He personally took care of our Oliver both before and after the surgery. He has a very special touch. we could not have asked for any better care of our dogs. I would recommend this place 1000 % for any Veterinary needs.
5 STAR ⭐️ I’d like to thank Dr Marc Presnell and the amazing staff for today. My Sweet 11 year old girl was coming in to be euthanized💔, she died in the room waiting for Doc to come in. Everyone was more than compassionate. We pre paid, however he reimbursed us. I felt they deserved more than the money it would cost for the euthanasia for their kind services of checking my sweet dog and providing a coffin to put her in.
