Even though we live close the Hilton is our hotel of choice. The staff are always friendly, rooms always clean and the bar and restaurant always staff friendly and efficient. Thanks Hilton, great place to recover from an awesome concert.

The service was great! Their communication was thorough since we were there in a game day at Levi Stadium. For the money we spent it was well worth it.

I am shocked at the poor quality of this hotel. The food is horrible, they have super slow service, there is never anyone behind the bar so you have to wait until a waiter from the restaurant next door happens to see you. They have no robes for the rooms, they don't even have fitted sheets. The room is extremely hot at night and we have an ugly view of the AC fans on the lower roof. Pros: nice, clean, easy check-in, great view. They held and kept cupcakes we brought refrigerated for a birthday. Cons: requested ajoining rooms and were told when given keys they were ajoining and they were NOT so we had to go in between rooms for kids and family to visit 😠 There were FOUR in our room and only were given TWO towels. Remote to tv had dead batteries (they quickly brought a new one)
Everything great but the food not so great. Probably because it was game day menu. Also bar was using plastic glasses. There was no reason for plastic.
