Pre-paid room in advance w/deposit, charged again for a deposit that clerk nevered mention, clerk rude, rooms ok, been in greater rooms in Reno and Las Vegas for lower rate! (Grand Sierra, Silver Legacy, Wyndham, La Quinta & Sheraton) Set up needs to be better, my son said he has sleept on more comfortable sofa sleeper than here, not many channels on tv and drinks at bar too high, have had high quality drinks at lower price. Excellent location for any event at LEVI Stadium. We walked to game. Rooms were nice, staff friendly, There were robes in the room. Unfortunately, spa was closed. Executive lounge was ok.

Awesome stay..put us in the wrong room at first. Quickly fixed us up with a perfect view of Levi stadium. Room service was a bit pricey but the food was great. First time in the area for a 49ers game...All employees we're very nice and helpful. An awesome weekend from start to finish.

We had excellent food and service here. Kyle at the restaurant took exceptionally great care of us. The room is very nice and the location is awesome. We will always stay here when we come for our Niners game.
