RecommendedCentrally located..its the best spot in the south bay to get anywhere reasonably fast. Good kitchen and selection of beers on tap; plenty of wine & whiskey too.
Rooms are spacious. Comfortable beds, soft pillows. clean rooms. and an awesome view of Levi Stadium just outside window
Hilton Santa Clara is an amazing hotel! The staff go above and beyond to help. I had quick check in and help any time I asked. I had an armload of packages and someone stopped working to help me push the elevator button and asked if they could help me to my room. I declined but the offer has never been given to me in any hotel ever!! I stayed at the executive level and had access to a water/soda fridge or hot coffee all day. Great hotel. I always stay at a Hilton and they are top shelf. This one is no exception. Great friendly staff.
Very outdated rooms, very average bathroom (reglaze the bathtub and the cheapest square white tile available) I expected much more for $225 and the Hilton name. Room temperature is impossible to regulate. Old-fashioned creepy box spring and spring mattress, Super bizarre furniture layout/interior design- how am I supposed to make coffee? With all that empty space why is everything crammed into one corner? Besides sports and news there are maybe 15 TV channels to watch at best. Place is awesome but you better go to a third party to make reservations because there owned reservation group sucks my and my wife got left without a room thanks to their own people from Hilton they took all my information and they say to wait for the email confirmation wich I never received so I’m here looking like an idiot with no reservations on a busy day in Santa Clara they better figure out something for the laziness off one employee everybody els gets the bad reviews manager say nothing we can do o well I tough wen y... read more
