Close to Great America and staff are friendly!we will book again if we go back to the park !
Problems at check-in, dirty rooms, horribly slow service in the restaurant and when a staff member, possibly a manager in the restaurant and bar, asked how things were going, he replied "Oh," when I told him it was horrible and walked away. Not the level of service I've had at a Hilton in the past, but this was lower than what you would get at a Motel 6 and enough that I'll never go back to this property for sure and possibly Hilton all together.

Was very disappointed in finding other people's hair in bathroom floor - by the front area of the bathroom floor and between the toilet and tub area! I have pics! It's disgusting!
Love that I see Levi Stadium is right out my window! And also Great America, bummed that it is closed until Thanksgiving! Go Raiders, Just Win Baby!!!
The online check in and option to choose your room is really cool plus the electronic room key is really convenient. Arrived in a clean room with a nice view.
