The check in was a nightmare. I did it on line and they had no Record of it even though we had a confirmation number I had to wait for a fax to come in and left her sitting there for 45 minutes. When we got a bed the neighbor started pounding on the wall saying we were being too loud. Everything in the gift shop was so overpriced I think I paid $12 for two drinks a bag of chips and a cup of noodles. I will never stay here again
This is the worst hotel check in experience ever had. It was not the girl who did the check in. She was very efficient and friendly. It was the lady next to her. What happened was after I picked up the keys but I mixed up the keys with the rooms that I booked and I hadn't leave the counter yet. I asked the next girl at the counter since the one who checked us in was busy with another customer. She refused to help me but kept asking my ID. Very friendly staff and clean quiet updated rooms . Loved it ! I will book here again in the future !!
Solid hotel. Slept well. Loved the tailgate before the game. Outstanding location for us.-right next to the Levi Stadium. We came here for a football game. Great experience. Girls loved the executive lounge. Drinks were a little bit over priced.
We had a very pleasant stay. Booked our room for two nights. Had such a great time stayed an additional night. We will be back next year to see the 49ers.
