lived their for years.. never late on rent nothing ... could not get rid of roaches. finally moved out and they are trying to sue me for breach of contract.. this is after I payed them the fines. on top of that they are saying I damaged the place. charging me for furniture removal when they said I could not remove it.. slum lords.. DO NOT GO THEIR!!
Hello everybody i am a resident at santa clara ll apartments. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. No matter how clean you keep your home,roaches are everywhere from the kitchen to the bathroom to the garbage shoot. You can ask the property manager to have someone spray, that doesnt help. The elevators are always dirty. The price you pay for rent you expect better service. It takes them at least 2weeks to come and fix something thats broken.
