I went to check on a friend last year. The place smelled of drugs. Shady people were hanging out outside the building. One of the shady people claimed to be the manager. She smelt like mold and alcohol. She complained because I parked in a handicap space. She claimed my handicap placard was not real and threatened to call the police on me. I did not feel like fighting a turd, so I drove off. I told my friend I will not visit him until he moved out of there. Edit: Why haven't the DEA raided this building?
