Best in the Biz! Shipping and Customer Service are top notch!! Been with SanMar from the first day we opened! My primary supplier and go to for all my apparel needs. My sales rep that comes to visit is always super helpful and lets us know what is hot and upcoming! SANMAR IS #1 hands down!
Unbelievable customer support!!! Called to find out why I received 1 box of a two box order and ask they can use FedEx VERY rude customer service rep!!
I like the wide variety of products they offer but the high shipping rates have me looking elsewhere. I don't always need $200 worth of product to get free shipping and every time I order below the threshold the shipping prices are outrageous and the actual charge is always higher than the initial estimate. There's no reason a 3lb box should cost upwards of $20 to ship. And why not offer Priority Mail shipping instead of just UPS? Seems to me like they overcharge for shipping to make up for the "free" shipping.

I've been using Sanmar for most of my blank apparel needs for nearly 15 years! I absolutely LOVE the customer service, the selection is always trendy and up-to-date. On the rare occasion I've had an issue, they quickly respond to it and handle it amazingly.
Bill is my Rep and he is awseome! Very happy with his help every time I ask! I use Sanmar as our companies primary supplier and will continue to do so! Love the quality of the ATC brand as well. Gildan used to be our primary brand for basic tees and now its ATC1000 every time! So glad they are now offering a crew neck sweater as well! @PRDirectSignsandPromotions
