this company is a joke and how they hire for promotions is laughable.
today will probably be the last time this 10 year customer will be ordering from you. I am so freaking sick of the trouble with trying to get a proper invoice including shipping. over an hour on the website trying to find where to print from, then 4 calls and twice being hung up on. I'm not surprised about all of the one star reviews for this company. They closed our wholesale account with zero warning or communication. We've had the account for upwards of 15 years. Although we only have the need for their products sporadically, our account was in good standing with a zero balance for years. We have a handful of other wholesale vendors that we use 1x or 2x a year. Those vendors call to check our status periodically, they don't just close our account with no warning!!! I have been a customer of Sanmar for 15 years and love the customer service. I was devastated to hear on Thursday that my Account Executive Katy Dilworth had passed away. She was the utmost professional I never met her personally but spoke to her many times a month and felt like she was a friend and partner. I knew she had a young family and I would like to donate to any fund that would help her family.
I am a former SanMar employee and left for family reasons. This is by far the best employer that I have ever worked for. They invest in their staff with extensive training, provide awesome benefits, have team building events and provide all materials needed to excel at your position. PLUS - I was able to work from home. I will miss my SanMar family!
