RecommendedTheir customer service is pretty good and sales reps are very professional and friendly! At the warehouse level I have dealt with the ones in Nevada, Ohio, and Arizona. The Arizona warehouse SUCKS... avoid ordering from the AZ warehouse at ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! They have a ridiculously early order cut-off time, use a lesser known and not very customer service friendly carrier, and sit on orders an extra day before shipping. I don't know why I have such problems with that warehouse but everything else is very good!
You can stop raping your customers on shipping cost under $250.00. A $20 item should not ship within the state for $30. You need to follow the pattern of your competitors and use Flex Express, where you ship to Fedex locations for a flat rate.

Los shipping costs son super elevados !! y nunca te dan el monto exacto hasta que recibes el invoice y sorpresa ! si pensabas que era $20.00 no ...es $25 !! NUNCA te dan monto exacto, eso hace buscar otras opciones con mejor servicio. El customer service tampoco es claro cuando te da la informacion, hice un retorno de gorras porque no me gustaron las que enviaron y el reembolso me dicen puede durar hasta 30 dias mal mal...y te cobran un monto por restocking el que si inmediatamente te cobran y sin avisarte. Mal servicio 👎
