I have used Sanmar exclusively for about 10 years. I have never had problems that could not be resolved. I do wish they would do something about small orders shipping. If it's below $100, I choose USPS. If I use UPS, it goes out that day if before cutoff. With USPS, I get a message that it shipped but, USPS does not actually get it for 2 - 3 days. Sanmar for the most part a good company. Costumer service is excellent. We have been a dedicated customer for over 20years. I wish they had more options for smaller companies like us I when it comes to their website. Company casuals is out of date and not mobile friendly. Customers complain about images not loading. I sold promotional products for a large company based out of Iowa. I used several vendors over the years, however, the last 7 plus years, I only used Sanmar for apparel. Why you ask? Sanmar rakes you over the coals for shipping, had I ordered from Amazon, I'd have saved $8.00. They charged $18.05 with USPS for shipping 3 shirts. Ridiculous! Then they offered me a measly $3.95 credit...better than nothing but I'm done with this company!
they are liars. they bought the company I worked for 25 years and said they were gonna upgrade all the equipment and the building and take us in to the future 13 months later they closed the doors.
well the online ordering is the worst!!! after I placed the order got the price I was like this is a great deal. when i got the invoice it was $50 more... like Wth? talked to a customer service representative and she's like oh because of fees.... umm no. everything should be included when placing an order.... no "hidden" fees should be added after you hit place order. So disappointed
I ❤ SANMAR! This company has bent over backwards from our beginning (2002). It's made us feel much larger than our 2 person company is and helped us grow immensely over the years. Our outside Sales Rep (Victor Valencia), is the topping on the cake. Any questions or problems we have, he's there to address them in a timely manner. Can we replicate Sanmar as a template for other vendors?
