Watch your bill... We PAID CASH at the Cove but noticed they charged the room as well. Ava was our poolside server and we are disputing the room charge. VERY UPSET and DISAPPOINTED with this!!!!

We got to the hotel at 1:00 am and hotel was Overbooked. Thankfully the front desk worker was very nice and got us a comp room at a nearby hotel. Good customer service.
Nice location but service is sadly missing. Your paying for a view and get nothing else. Food is lacklustre as is service.
