We highly recommend Sandy Nelson! She met with us when we were first considering selling our house and put together an extensive report on the current market and the likely selling price for our house with and without upgrades. When we decided to look into buying and selling a year later, Sandy was readily available. She is knowledgable, friendly and professional. She staged our home beautifully. It was sold and closed in less than a month! We could not have been happier with how well everything went.

I have used Sandy in a previous purchase of 2 homes and selling 1. Both times I had little to no stress or problems. Sandy was there helping me in every way.
