Sandy sold my condo in one day for an all cash deal above the asking price. Her market analysis was exactly correct and the sale was a record for the East Bay Harbor Condominiums. She also went out of her way to stage the suite and assisted with coordinating the sale of furniture and appliances that I was not taking. She even took a load to Goodwill when I was not available.
