Sandy is the best! She is very bright, honest, hard working and has a good understanding of listing and selling processes. She initially listed and sold our family home in Olympia. Then several years later she guided me through renovating and selling an old condo that had been rented for years. Thanks to her expert help, I had 4 offers at the condo open house, and closed on a sale to a solid cash buyer within 2 weeks.
