Our daughter was manic and although Sandstone was helpful getting my daughter thru intake process she became hospitalized because of her mental state. After two weeks, Sandstone got her readmitted to their daily program in Rockville. They knew her state but once we arrived it went downhill from there. Feeling unwelcomed on day one and even though my child was manic we got phone calls from day one that they really couldn't handle her. Waste of money. I enrolled my granddaughter for mental health support and they focused so much on drugs. She was supposed to be engaged in school work, but did hardly any of it over 6 weeks. Not what I hoped for.

Our family has had experience with many different treatment centers. Couldn't be happier with Sandstone!!!

I used to love this program - it has gone so far downhill, I'm not sure I can call it a legitimate PHP program. HIPAA violations that weren't taken seriously. Little to no group engagement. Half or more of the group was always asleep, physically absent, or on their phones. I brought up my concerns - the therapists agreed but recommended I just find a new program rather than make changes. We rarely did any actual emotional processing in group. Would not recommend to anyone who is serious about improving their mental health.

I spent so much time talking to an amazing employee named Jade. She seemed like a therapist because she was so good at her job. She literally explained everything patiently. She literally Helped me in so many ways personally that I didn't expect. I'm excited and motivated about being a new patient at this facility. I was referred by a good.
