Ethan Pogue from Design Air was hired to perform re-ducting work, to better balance the heating system in my home. He did a wonderful job! He was on time, had a great attitude, and performed the job perfectly. I have also had Ethan over to perform other work, not just the Heating system. Ethan Pogue, of Design Air Heating & A/C, arrived on time to perform a service visit on the heating system. He did an exemplary job, in an efficient manner, and displayed cleanliness in his work habits. I did not have to clean up after he left, the way I sometimes need to do after other companies' service people. The price he charged was far less than other companies that I have used for the same service. Ethan was on time, clean in his work habits, and polite. He discussed my options after finding out what was wrong with my wall furnace which had only had the Gas Company check ups annually. Seems I needed a bit of clean up on the ignition (it was ugly) switch and all other systems check out. Would recommend him. He is knowledgeable about the current energy efficient furnaces too.
They were awesome.
