Should be five stars all the way around. Somehow the website awarded 4.5 stars on some things. But I think the service is terrific.
You will not find a more professional, prompt, fair and courteous person/owner than Ethan. Design Heating replaced a floor furnace in an old home of ours with a modern forced air heating system that was economical yet top of line. I highly recommend Design Heating & Air Conditioning to all SLO county residents!
Ethan was able to show up the same day I called, and was very professional in his work and manner. Prices were in line with what others are charging, and he was able to complete the furnace replacement within 3 days of my call. Excellent service.

Gave sane day service on the hottest day of the year when we couldn't get anyone else to come. Went above and beyond ordinary customer service to remedy a concern over cost.
Ethan responded quickly and came out the very next day. He was able to fix the problem with our central air conditioner. We will definitely use him again when needed.
