Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you think we were too expensive, most customers think our prices are quite reasonable. We charged $75 for the diagnostic fee and $75 for the repair, We think that $150 total to repair the furnace was a good value.
Design Air was on time for the appointment and got right to work. I had an air conditioner that I had not turned on for approximately 10 years. I made do with the ceiling fans, but it just got too hot in Paso, so I called. Now I have a working AC with one new part (new run capacitor) and now I have a cool home! and the system was charged.

"Design Air" was on time, efficient and very competent. We had not had any service on our central air since our house was built 10 years ago. This service call was overdue and needed.
On time, professional, and knowledgeable! A/C went out during a heat wave and Ethan fit us into his schedule. Highly recommend this company!
