Ethan was out to fix my heater this afternoon. It quit working the week after Christmas and it's been so cold these past couple of weeks that my wife and I were like iceberg. Within a few minutes, Ethan had isolated the problem and he went to his truck to get the new part and replaced the old part. He showed me what was wrong with the part, then he spent the next hour checking over our 25 year old heater to make sure everything was working like it should.
