Really bummed dental hygenist, Tina, left Sandoval. I look forward to seeing her every 6 months and was shocked when another hygenist came to get me in the waiting area. Also, lots of changes since my last visit (remodel of facility, new policies, equipment, etc). . . would've been nice to receive a communication prior so that I could've been prepared. I usually LOVE going to the dentist. Prior appointments I'd rate at a '10'. . . this last one I give a '5'.

First appointment with my kids at a new office. It was a great experience with very friendly staff and our dentist was fantastic.

Several times our family has has a negative experience with the receptionist (Michelle). We are going to search for a new family dentist if there is any further issues. Very disrespectful on the phone and in person

My cleaning was very thorough and professional. The 35 minute wait to be seen, after I had just called 20 minutes before my appt time to see if all were on schedule, was a bit bothersome.

I can't remember her name but the hygienist who did my cleaning was fantastic. Very polite and explained things well. I also appreciate that you don't expect to take ex-rays every time I get a cleaning. My old dentist wanted to take new ex rays every time I walked in the door.

The dentist and I discussed the monitors should also have tv accessibility on them. I believe it would be good for young and old to keep your mind off whats going on in your mouth. :) another thing happened that I thouggt was a little wierd. A high school student was there, I'm assuming observing for a class. But the dentist told her to come and watch what he was doing to my mouth without asking if I would mind. I wouldn't have but feel the patient should be asked.
