Great First Visit for My Daughter
The hygenist did a very nice job. I was pleased with her. The dentist took 2 seconds with me. Not that I needed more. It just felt strange.
The dentist and assistant were annoyed and very rough with me because I was having some difficulty and discomfort with my dental procedure.
Seems as though the cleaning process takes longer and longer with all the added new things ie dye and ultrasonics. Also seems as though they always find more to do, and schedule additional visits, never clean and done see you in 6 months.
I always feel as though your business is more concerned about how much money you can get from me and my insurance provider than my well being. Also seems as though I constantly have to provide information (medical history, etc.) that I have already provided multiple times, which is annoying and time consuming. Since you are going electronic on your files, maybe you could send out those forms to be updated prior to the visit.

the only negative thing i can say is that the assistant who took me back and worked with Dr. Sandoval never introduced herself. I still don't know her name. I think you should always introduce yourself to someone.
The dental assistant that cleaned my teeth was really knowledgeable and was very helpful about some concerns of mine. I felt that she was the best assistant I have ever spoken to.
