Tania is my usual hygenist. However, she was running a little behind on Friday. Mary Ann volunteered to take me so that I did not have to wait past my appt. time. I thought that was great team work between MaryAnn and Tania! They are FANTASTIC hygenists. :)

The only negative thing was when I arrived (7am) there was no one around for about 5 min. There were several other people waiting in the lobby as well and one other person commented that they had not seen anyone come to the front yet.

Entering of information into the computer. I will not do this in the future! This is a task for your employees to perform not a cost reduction on your part passed on to the patients.

Erica was very accommodating to me and used her hand tools for my cleaning vs the new way you are switching to. The noise is really irritating to me unless I play my ipod and I didnt have it with me cuz I wasnt aware that hand tools wouldnt be used like in the past. Maybe having a stash of earlugs or headphones and music available would be a good idea for those sound sensitive patients!
