My hygienist is Tonia and she is wonderful. I don't like coming to the dentist, it is anxiety provoking for me and she makes me feel very comfortable and makes the appt. enjoyable.

I've been with this dentist for 2 years and they have met and exceeded my expectations.
Turn up the heat....I was freezing.
Maryann cleaned my teeth with anew procedure and she explained everything as she proceeded and she was very gentle. Dr Sandoval did my exam and explained my bridge situation so I will be making a decision to proceed. Tina told me the potentially new dental plan our company is going with is better than the current. the way I was asked for payment could have been handled better and the person at the front desk should be more knowledgeable when it comes to how insurance works and the accuracy of each patient's insurance. I administer the benefits for the Company I currently work for and should not have to explain how much I should pay compared to an estimate of costs sheet that was generated on my first visit that was not proactively submitted to the insurance company for an accurate amount. First visit for my 3 year old son. Scheduled coordinating appointments for myself and son so that he could watch my exam and then have his. Instead of letting him watch me, they took him to another exam area (with his dad). Bummed I missed the experience. My son was uncooperative but Tania, dental hygenist, did a good job with him.
