I like Jodi very much and everyone else is very friendly and helpful. I also love the remodel job.
Jodi was very gentle. Dr. Romero explained things very well and is very personable.
I felt the receptionist could have been more friendly. I needed to change an appointment and the questions the receptionist asked were short and almost rude. " what day? " when I took a bit of time to answer she said "I need to know Morning,afternoon?" kind of talking down to me instead of offering suggestions or having a bit of paitience. When I was finished she said "that will be (the amount)" Never explained any options to pay and I felt I didn't have any, and had to pay in full. Office looks great after the remodel. Very pleased with my dental appointment.

They will always do the best they can and give recommendations. They will break down a procedure so you understand exactly what is going to happen. They make you feel at home.
