My wife and I had researched the Toyota 4 Runner SR5. When my Internet search was spotted, Rudy Gomez contacted me and we set up our meeting. He worked with me to the extent he could to get me what we wanted within our price range. Brittany bested what USAA Bank could offer for both interest rate and extended warranty. Both Rudy and Brittany gave us great service; friendliness, timeliness, and expertise.
Been in for service for a few issues. Tech advisers Jed and Brittany are excellent. Had my truck in early for an appointment on a Friday afternoon and they started on it right away!! I'll be buying from here again.
I have had excellent customer service over the last 13 years along with 2 non Toyota purchases from them. This dealership would work on my Ford Ranger pickup and have it done before noon the same day unlike the Ford dealer who wanted it for a few days. That was 13 years ago. I just bought a 2009 Ford Mustang GT 45th Anniversary Edition from them in late September. They gave me a helluva deal on it with zero down and 60 months. Easy to set up appointment and service was quick. Was given a thorough rundown of service done and any upcoming services needed.
Service department has been rude and disorganized. Complete disregard for the customer's time.
Scheduled an oil change....it took 3 hours!!! I have a service agreement for 2 more oil changes. Next time I will take the shuttle
BEWARE! Purchased a 2016 Camry hybrid from another dealer after sales refused to honor the original price claiming said car had already been sold. Sales then tried to unload a 2015 with less features and not much incentives. The 2016 Camry they claimed was sold, was purchased by me the next day at another dealer. Most recently, I ordered a recalled part on my corolla three months ago. Each month I called, I was told the supplier only allocates 7 sensors every week.
