We went to the other Toyota dealership (Alameda) as a repeat customer and were treated like garbage. We came to this dealership and purchased another highlander. Their service department is so much better that we're bringing the both vehicles here for service.
Great experience. I purchased a used car, but the sales staff treated me like I had bought the most expensive one on the lot. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, even when I had made a mistake with my financing we were able to adjust everything to complete the deal. Also the service dept. had done an excellent job preparing my car. Wow a 15 yr. old car is like brand new!

I bought my 2016 Tundra here a few days ago, and I was very pleased with the process. I had limited time, and the sales staff was prompt, professional, and courteous. There was no pressure, and the entire transaction was executed at my pace within a few hours. I recommend this dealership.
Sales Rep was polite and not pushy when I first came to look at the 2016 Tacomas. He explained all the features and gadgets before I drove off the lot. I will be coming back the next time I am looking for a new Toyota!
