This was my first visit to the service department at Larry Miller Toyota and my experience was great! The Assistant Service Manager, Burt Brown, initially went over all of my concerns and assured me that they would all be addressed. At the end of my visit, he went over everything in complete detail and we discussed together which parts needed to be ordered and replaced. I just received a call that the parts have arrived so I will be scheduling another appointment soon. All in all.....a great company!
