Sales managers refusing to budge off full MSRP is not the way to sell a vehicle. We went to Melloy Nissan and got much better customer service from people who listen.

I was in the market for a new car. Went first to the dealership on Alameda, didn't have a good experience there. Went to the other dealership and had great results. Friendly service and they found the car that I wanted. Thanks to Heather I'm going to get my dream car tomorrow. Thanks Heather you're the best!

Do not like this place!! Had my car towed there a couple weeks ago and the service was so unfriendly a ten year could spot it! After all the diagnostics they ran they figured out the problem. With all the electrical they did, I now don't have any rear lights and of course it has nothing to do with what work they did! Hmmm really?? I don't think I've shorted the system turning on the lights folks! Just saying go to the other dealer if you can.

Stopped in to get tires rotated and only 1 service person knew how to mount and balance tires. My husband was told that since he had low mileage on his truck then only "certain" people were able to work on it. We were told the wait would be 1 1/2 hour and we ended up waiting over 2 hours before we decided to leave. The play room was an absolute joke and the coffee was completely out.

Entire staff was fun, pleasant and knowledgeable. I asked questions, they gave me answers. My accepted deal was the deal I signed for. They treated me like royalty. My past experience with the service department has been good. If there were to be an issue in service I would immediately get the attention of customer service for resolve. These folks will get right on it because they strive for happy customers! If you don't bond with a particular sales person you can always ask for a different one, it is not marriage, you don't... read more

You just can't trust this place. Mostly the service department. Never have your car worked on here.
