My recent ( Dec.15,2017 ) car buying experience at LH Miller Toyota was nothing short of fantastic ! I received more for my trade in than was listed in the NADA guide book and a significant discount on the new Tacoma sticker price to boot. My sales rep, Richard Jiron, is so knowledgeable and so professional that it seems there isn't anything he won't do to satisfy a customer. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. Manny did everything possible to get the price of my new Tundra 1794 in my price range. The visit and dealings were pleasant and not at all painful. Believe me I have had those experiences over the years. Tony was very professional in the followup the next day to make sure I had no questions and to let me know that I could contact both him or Manny with any concerns I might have.
I had routine maintenance done. It was very smooth and relatively quick. I am having trouble with my tires that came on the car. I had to have another one repaired.
You guys work on commission, right? Big mistake. Big. HUGE! I have to go driving now...
I purchased three Toyota vehicles from this dealership! They have been so helpful and priced first class service! I would shop anywhere else!
My most recent experience with LHM Toyota was with the Service Dept., specifically with Todd, for a 40k mile check for my Camry Hybrid. I have always been pleased with the service received at LHM, and the people are exceptionally accommodating. The only way I can think of for them to improve their service is if they would automatically mark the specified service in my Service Manual. Each time I need to ask for this to be done. Anthony runs a tight ship, and I applaud him and his team.
