Let me start by saying that I worked in the automotive industry for 13 years. 8 years of that I worked in the service department so I know what is expected when it comes to customer service. I drive 1200-1500 miles per week. I love my Certified Pre-owned 2013 Prius. It handles great and it's a pleasure to drive. And of course the fuel efficiency is great too. I'm almost on a first name basis with LHM Toyota’s service department. I've been treated like a VIP customer every time.
I just traded my Tacoma in and went back to a Tundra. American tried to low ball me on the trade in. I tried there first because they are closest to work. I then called Brandon Robinson at LHM Toyota ABQ on Eubank. He got me way more for my trade in and worked for a week to find me the truck I needed. Brandon is the best sales rep I've ever met up with. I felt very comfortable having him work out a car deal for me.
