I purchased a 2018 rav 4. In the few months after I drove the new vehicle off the lot it has had multiple issues. The sales person called and texted several times for me to finish his review. He was attentive to all of the problems until I gave him a positive review. He then responded to me-through text-that the issues were no longer his problem.
