Poor follow-up I would be wary of entering into an agreement with this company. In 2013, the previous owner of my house had the flat roof of the garage replaced by these guys. Late last autumn (2017), we started experiencing some leaking and some sagging in spots. We called the company to come take a look and they did; unfortunately, it snowed the night before they came, so upon arrival, they couldn’t really see anything. Flat roof Used this company several times to replace flat roofs on our rental properties. Very satisfied. I twice tried a less expensive company and had terrible experience with both. I always get 2 quotes and get back to Sanderson to discuss the price.

GAF shingle re-roof Adjustments to the original job were needed but Craig and his team took full responsibility and made things right. We were quite happy with Craig's professionalism and the care he took in order to satisfy our requirements.
